Recognized for excellence: Our Awards

While we prefer our government partners to take the spotlight, we know that good work inevitably finds a way to get noticed. Most gratifying is that recognition by government entities, private organizations, and typical end-users, means that we appeal to everyone, not just industry insiders.

kind words, sincere thanks

At the end of the day, there’s nothing like the heartfelt gratitude of client partner. To know that we’ve reduced employee workload, simplified a complex business process, or made it easier for an agency to communicate with citizens—that is success. Here's what a few of our clients say:

  • The Controller’s Office chose SymSoft based on its track record of successfully managing IT projects and delivering high-quality, web based systems with BI capabilities. SymSoft has a first-rate staff and was well recommended by previous clients.
    - Microsoft Case Study

  • I wanted to take a quick moment to thank you and your entire team for the creativity and support provided with the County’s website update project. The County went live last week with the new changes and to date we have received great feedback from many users.
    - Jerry Gamez, Director, Administrative Services Department, Placer County

  • With no additional state budget funds or expanded statutory authority, (State Controller) Chiang has quietly built one of the nation’s most effective government websites, which has now registered more than 6.9 million page views. The website, PublicPay.CA.gov, publishes public employee payroll data for hundreds of thousands of public employees in California and has become an important tool for citizen watchdogs and members of the press.
    - CalWatchDog
