WordPress design and development, e-filing system development, accessibility remediation, and content migration for the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety that drives utility-related wildfire risk reduction for the state of California.

The CCC Chancellor’s office selected SymSoft as their agency for their website redesign and Sitecore implementation. Our services included discovery, subdomain consolidation, user experience design and design system development, web content management system implementation with Sitecore, and content migration.

Intranet for the Department of Water Resources
SymSoft collaborated with The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) to redesign their Intranet (named “Blue”), using the Sitecore Experience Platform. Blue provides employees with a personalized experience that keeps them engaged and coming back for more.
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) engaged SymSoft to perform a Sitecore upgrade of their existing solution, and deploy it to the Microsoft Azure Cloud, using Azure DevOps to ensure zero downtime during deployments, and ensure that the solution could handle surges in traffic during peak travel times.

Redesigned from the ground up, the new SMUD website reflects the modern state of this community-owned utility provider. With an emphasis on accessible, easily scannable content, the user experience design is paired with Sitecore’s powerful content management experience.

A redesigned website for California’s Save Our Water program, which provides information to the public and water conservation advocates about embracing sustainability to ensure that water is secured for future generations in the face of climate change.

A newly redesigned major state agency service portal providing information for over 150 services supported by nearly 20 divisions and offices. Key improvements include clearly defined services, advanced search and personalization, user-centric content organization, as well as content that is opened up to diverse audiences.
Sacramento Water Quality
Designed with the city residents and the scientists in mind, and built upon the city’s preexisting publishing platforms—the data portal features an easy to access latest data and information on the drinking water quality. Sacramento residents and businesses are continuously informed, with minimum overhead required to publish and manage data.
